SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Not only is this good business but we always appreciate when a company really stands behind their products with passion, and we strive to do the same.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once you have placed an order with us, our team will begin processing it within 24 to 48 hours using our specified carrier, which is selected based on your location and the fastest available service.

While our typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 8 weeks, it is possible that you may receive your items earlier. Please note that packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs or other logistic issues, which may impact delivery times.

We understand that the size and weight of our items can make them more susceptible to damage during shipping. However, we take great care to ensure that all packages are properly secured and packaged to protect the contents. Additionally, all orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services, and we work diligently to ensure that your order arrives in the same condition that it left our factory. REFUND POLICY

Special orders are considered non-stock items and are therefore not eligible for return or refund. This includes merchandise that has been pre-hung, pre-cut, or altered in a special way to fulfill the order. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products.

If you wish to return an item, you must first receive authorization.  We kindly ask that you understand that a restocking fee of 40% of the invoice price will be charged for all returns. Additionally, customers are responsible for paying all shipping and return shipping costs, which are non-refundable without exception.

All returned goods must be in salable condition and in the same packaging and/or wrapper condition as when they were purchased. Before any credit is issued, all returned goods are subject to warehouse inspection. Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returned items.

Please note that returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional service and high-quality products.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE ORDERS

Once the manufacturing process has begun, it is not possible to cancel shop items or special orders. We understand that changes may need to be made to an order, but please note that cancellations and changes may be subject to production and/or material charges that have already occurred.

We strive to accommodate our customers' needs to the best of our ability. However, please be aware that an order is considered firm once it has been placed, and the customer is responsible for the full price of the order.

DELIVERY & RECEIVING SHIPMENT

Customer agrees to have someone available to accept all deliveries of merchandise of orders placed. Upon receiving a shipment or delivery, we ask that customers carefully inspect the contents of each package before signing the bill of lading (receiver documents). If any visible damages are present, please be sure to note them on the bill of lading. Additionally, we strongly recommend that customers open all received boxes and inspect the products for any concealed damage at the time of delivery.

If the driver does not permit you to inspect the freight, please make a note of this on the bill of lading. We understand the importance of thoroughly inspecting all goods upon delivery, and we want to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products.

In the event that any damages are present, please report them  within 48 hours of the shipment or delivery date. Failure to comply with these guidelines may disqualify customers from receiving a replacement for damaged merchandise. We appreciate your cooperation and attention to these important details.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

To ensure that we can efficiently process requests for replacement parts, we request that customers provide us with photographs of any damaged or defective items. Along with the photographs, please fill out a claim form detailing the issue.

After receiving the necessary information, our team will carefully review your claim and determine the best course of action. We will then file any necessary damage claims with the shipping company, working to resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

We understand the importance of providing prompt and effective customer service, and we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the support they need throughout the entire process.

 

WARRANTY

Our doors are constructed with the utmost attention to detail and are held to the highest standards of craftsmanship. As evidence of our commitment to quality, we offer a limited 1-year warranty against any defects in workmanship or materials.

This warranty takes effect from the date of delivery to the customer, ensuring that you have ample time to inspect the product and ensure that it meets your expectations. We take pride in our work and stand behind our products, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
